A lifelong resident of Warrensburg, Maxlyn’s roots in the community run incredibly deep. She attended local schools from kindergarten through 12th grade before earning her degree in Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri, impressively completing triple minors in Business Administration, Marketing, and Advertising. This extensive academic background gives her clients a distinct advantage when it comes to strategically marketing properties and communicating effectively throughout a transaction.

Maxlyn possesses an intimate understanding of the local landscape, further enriched by her family's strong ties to the area. Her father proudly served at Whiteman Air Force Base for two decades, and her mother has dedicated 20 years to the Warrensburg School District. In addition to her real estate career, Maxlyn brings valuable, hands-on industry experience from her role at Spirit Rentals Property Management. This behind-the-scenes work provides her with day-to-day insight into the local housing market, property management, and what makes a property truly valuable.
