Cave Hollow Park contains Old Drum’s Dog Park, two baseball fields and concessions, nature areas, picnic areas, playgrounds, and walking trails. Grover Memorial Park has baseball fields, a skate park, eight tennis courts, community center, picnic areas, BBQ grills, gazebo, and a playground. Grover Park is also home to Nassif Aquatic Center, which has a lap swimming Pool, slide, diving board, spray ground, and lazy river.

In addition to UCM and the parks, Hawthorne Place is close to CrossFit Believe and Warrensburg Cycle, for fitness enthusiasts. For entertainment, there is AMC Classic 10 in walking distance. There are family friendly restaurants such as Applebee’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers and Buffalo Wings. Walmart, Swisher’s, ALDI, and Lowe’s Home Improvement are a stone’s throw away, for all your household and personal needs.
